With summer soon approaching, fresh, juicy and colorful fruit is making a influx around town. Since it is ideal to eat in season, I like to take full advantage of all the delicious produce and incorporate it into my diet. So I created three super simple, summer inspired smoothies to hydrate, nourish and replenish our bodies during these long, hot days.
Each smoothie is no more than 5 ingredients and takes less than 5 minutes to prepare. They can be a meal, snack or just a special treat. And for each recipe, all you need to do is blend, serve and enjoy.
Happy smoothie summer!
