Red Rose Temple

The Red Rose is a temple dedicated to the Sacred Feminine in the heart of the Poconos.

Where beauty is presenced,

Women are witnessed in their authentic expressions,

Big dreams are shared,

Community is cultivated,

Stories are held,

Wounds are healed,

And strangers come together and leave as sisters.

Cross the threshold into sacred space.

There is a subtle smell of incense, of tears and of laughter, of women who have unleashed their sacred rage, released their deepest fears, healed their inner wounds and claimed their wildest desires.

This is holy land we sit upon.

About the Space

When you walk into the Red Rose Temple, you are first welcomed into the community hangout space. This is where ladies meet to eat, chat, and hang before and after ceremony. It’s the warm up space, the welcoming energy and place to settle nerves and settle in. Where everyone who walks through the door is greeted with a hug and a smile.

When circle begins, you walk walk up the narrow staircase to the wide open space. Large windows filter light in while giving glimpses of the stream and pond. There is a deep remembrance that women have been gathering here for lifetimes.

There are shelves of candles, statues, tarot cards, dried flowers, anointing jars, handwritten notes to ancestors, chalices and crystals of every color, mala beads and other sacred items woven into our ceremonies. There is a joy in the air, an acceptance, an aura of reverence.

It is utterly breathtaking and inviting.

What is a Women's Circle

The circle is an everyday experience, a devotional practice, a sacred ceremony and an intentional gathering.

It is an ancestral ritual where we are invited to remember a way back to ourselves and each other.

It is an opportunity to be witnessed, held, supported and seen in all of our emotions and expressions. Whatever we say and feel, the circle can hold it.

It is the place to put down our roles and obligations, our duties and responsibilities and practice being our truest, most authentic selves.

It is also an act of resistance. We have been disconnected from each other and communal ways of being, which leaves many of us feeling lonely, competitive, depleted and unsafe.

Therefore, by sitting in circle, we can repair these wounds, cultivate sisterhood and community, reclaim what has been lost and remember our shared magic. Also, it's just really fun.
Sacred Agreements

Sacred Circle Agreements

There is no hierarchy. Everyone is equal.
One person speaks at a time.
Speak from the heart, using “I” and your direct, personal experience.
Share only what you are comfortable with. Be clear, succinct and concise.
Listen with discernment, compassion and curiosity instead of judgment.
Avoid giving advice or suggestions and actively quiet the conditioned need to react, resolve or rescue.
We always remain open for repair if conflict or disagreement arises.
We aim to witness and hold space, inviting time for silence to enter.
Everything shared is confidential. We protect each woman’s right to privacy.
We honor all religions, all paths, all loving practices, all peoples.
We trust that personal healing heals our community.

"Being in circle at the Red Rose Temple has not only given me the confidence to speak my mind but also a power that I cannot explain, to be surrounded by strong confident women to share my energy and dreams with has allowed the part of my soul that has been quiet to emerge." -Kristin L.

"Every time I leave I'm refreshed, and I have the clarity to align my life to my soul's highest good. Such a special place!! Please come to ceremony with this amazing group of women! " -Sarah J.

The kind of sisterhood that I’ve always dreamt about. I’ve been able to explore new heights in myself, heal old trauma wounds, pinpoint my goals, and finally open up in ways I haven’t been able to before. -Leanna

Yoga Classes at Red Rose

These weekly classes are so intimate! It is small group capped at 10. This isn't fast-paced power yoga. This is slow, methodical, strengthening, opening, grounding.

In the nice weather, we are on the outdoor yoga deck overlooking the stream, enclosed by trees and the soothing sounds of babbling water, a peaceful and private sanctuary.

If indoors, we practice in the beautiful temple space. It is a warm and welcoming community-inspired studio, sun kissed with a gorgeous altar and lots of fresh flowers.

I aim to make students feel seen, accommodated and supported with hands-on adjustments and individualized attention. My intention is to create a class where you feel safe to explore, leaning into your growth edges and surprising yourself with your abilities.

Refreshed, awakened, more at ease, connected and present.
